STORE POLICY AND TERMS OF USE

Please read and understand the store policies before making a purchase from Speed-Element Motorsports.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and payments made through Paypal, Amazon Pay and affirm.

For credit card orders, we only ship to the billing address on record with your credit card company.

Orders

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Canceling an order once it has been processed for shipment will be treated as a standard return (see policy below).

Pricing

Since inventory is not updated in real-time, items may occasionally be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on Semotors.com, including prices, product images, specifications and availability. Speed-Element Motorsports reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Price Match

We will price match if you buy an item from us then find our price has dropped within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for an adjustment.

Any product showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification (including, but not limited to bolt marks, scraps, cuts, welds, grinding, etc.) are ineligible for refund or exchange. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify correct fitment before installing parts.

The original shipping cost to the customer is nonrefundable.

Taxes

All orders shipped within California will be charged the applicable county tax.

Aftermarket Parts Agreement

Some aftermarket parts sold by Speed-Element Motorsports may not be legal on pollution controlled vehicles and/or may not comply with local, state, or federal laws. The buyer is responsible for checking the part(s) are compliant in their local jurisdiction before purchasing.
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect costs incurred during the installation or use of these aftermarket parts.

Lighting

Instructions are not included and professional installation is highly recommended. Lights are not covered by any manufacturer warranty from fogging or condensation. Sealing the lights with RTV sealant is highly recommended before installing.
